The Good Tribe, 2009 -
I am the driving force behind The Good Tribe, together with my co-founder Gayathri Rathinavelu. The Good Tribe is a network of five change makers in Sweden, Austria and Brazil that develops concepts to create engagement, and make sustainable development fun and understandable for different target groups. Our concepts are based on creativity, empowerment, participation, and that they easily can be duplicated into new environments. Starting The SIP Network, 2001-2007
Founding The SIP Network (Nätverket SIP). Establishing three NGOs and one economic association. These organizations all focus on youth creativity and empowerment. During my period at SIP we had thousands of members all over Sweden, 30 employees, volunteers from other European countries and a budget several million SEK. The SIP Network cooperates with universities, schools, public and private enterprises and NGOs.

Höstsagan, regional culture festival, 2006 and 2007
Project management; shaping, planning and organizing the regional culture festival of Höstsagan. The aim of Höstsagan is to promote the regional culture life and start a debate on how we want it to develop.
Feasibility study: “Delta Garden”, 2006
Mapping the potential of storytelling and participation in south east Sweden. Focusing on the newly built Media house in the city of Växjö. Commissioners: Reaktor Sydost, iZON and SVT, the Swedish state television (SVT).
The pilot project Avstamp, 2006
Teaming with two colleagues we trained 50 job agents at AMS, the Swedish national labour market administration in how to meet and work with groups youngsters in a pilot project. Avstamp is now part of AMS fixed program for unemployed youngsters.
