1. Identifying what makes me smile ❤

Inspiration to the square! Photo: Gala Darling
It is in the spirit of Gala Darling that I’m compiling this list of Things which make me smile. To put pictures and text together to identify what makes me smile in this very moment is a great way of highlighting the many things in life I appreciate. The more I think about things to put on the list the more things pop up. Great brain exercise!
2. Being newly married to the love of my life – Rupi!

About to get married on the island of Arholma, Rupi and me! Photo: Una Stade
Looking at the photos and remembering the beautiful ceremony and all the love we shared with our friends and family makes me feel to much gratitude and humbleness. Thank you everyone for being there for us!
3. My beloved sister Emelie!

Best sister ever! Photo: Rupert Pessl
Emelie is crazy, fun, beautiful, intelligent and the best friend and sister I could ever wish for. She’s also a very good wedding planner :D
4. Honeymoon on Menorca

I think I was about seven or eight when this photo was taken. Great fun! Photo: Kerstin Edvardsdotter
Going back to Menorca for the first time since I was a child – this time for honeymoon! On the picture me, my dad and my sister, mum was behind the camera.
5. Åsa and Ruth!

My friend Åsa and her daughter Ruth spread so much happiness, calm and love! I love spending time with Åsa and her family.
6. Scary, sexy, fun…

I love a good fairytale – especially if it includes fairies, witches, ware-panthers and vampires – which HBO TV series True Blood does. The behind the scenes blog is really interesting to follow.
7. Photo magic in my iPhone

Image: Instagram
The iPhone app Instagram is a great way of sharing every day magical moments. The filters are great! I find myself mostly using Poprocket, Hefe and Toaster – lots of color!
8. Angels and painted nails

Änglar is Swedish for Angels.
The book Angels by Marian Keyes and the fact that I’ve finally – after two years of studying and working around the clock taken the time to start painting my nails. I find painted nails and Keyes books fit in the same category – slightly superficial – but very entertaining and great fun.
9. Going for a run is my meditation

I could really need a pair of new running shoes…
Already with the first steps I always feel a rush of happiness and energy! Sometimes my dad’s dogs also runs with me – I like the pack feeling! Perhaps I’m a ware… something… I find Sofia Hedström’s swedish fashion and running blog very inspirational… but I’ve never tried to run in a dress so far. Colorful socks may be a good beginning…
